In January 2007th Ltd. “Jūrmala Elit”  began Ltd. “Architectural Bureau” Sīlis, Zābers and Kļava “” design object “storey building complex O.Kalpaka Prospekts 20/22, Jurmala” construction. Construction lasted for 18 months. The object was put into operation in July 2008.

In order to provide maximum facility high level of comfort, it uses the latest heating and ventilation technology. For internal and external finishes where used only high-quality natural materials – marble, granite, travertine, larch, etc. Special attention was given to the improvement of the territory – using uncut pavement, flowers and plants.

On the 20th March of 2009th Ltd. “Garants-Rīga” won the Latvian Builders Association’s’ Year Built 2008″ in the category “New Construction”. The best new building was recognized in low-rise residential building in Jurmala, O.Kalpaka Prospekts 20/22, designed by SIA „Arhitektu birojs „Sīlis, Zābers un Kļava””
